ADVOCACY

The Chase County Veterans Memorial Committee is chaired by members of VFW Post 4688, VFW Auxiliary, local business owners, and community leaders. Currently, the committee is working with the City Council of Imperial, Nebraska and the Chase County Commissioners to solidify the plans and layout of the memorial at the county's courthouse. Through community empowerment, we can facilitate progress and accomplish our mission. We invite you to learn more and lend your support.

PLAN AND DESIGN

At the heart of our memorial will be a bronze sculpture of a Soldier kneeling with both hands folded in prayer in front of a battlefield cross. The words “LET US PRAY” will be inscribed on the base of the statue.
